Return & Refund Policy

Because our product is a consumable beverage, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This is both for safety reasons and in compliance with health regulations governing perishable goods.

However, we stand behind the quality of our product. If there’s an issue with your order—such as damaged cans, defects, or receiving the wrong item—we’re happy to help make it right. We offer refunds in these cases, provided you can show proof of purchase from our website.

To request a refund, please email us at shopify@nycitytap.com with the following:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it—however, this does not apply to perishable goods like beverages.
