Shipping Policy

At New York City Tap, we move fast—just not quite subway-during-rush-hour-fast. Our standard shipping speed is 3–5 business days from the moment your order leaves our hands to the moment it lands on your doorstep.

 

Processing Time

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday? Those get processed the next business day, because even we take a breather sometimes.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and how thirsty your cart looks. Occasionally we’ll run promos with free or discounted shipping—keep an eye out like you’re waiting for the F train at midnight.

 

Tracking Info

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it until your cans arrive. We get it—we would, too.

 

Delays & Other Annoyances

While we aim for 3–5 day delivery, things like weather, or carrier hiccups can cause delays. If something seems off, hit us up and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
